| Structure and functioning | The US NCP is made of a single department, located at the Office of the Assistant Secretary, Bureau of Economic, Energy and Business Affairs (EEB), of the US Department of State and is supported by an Interagency Working Group that comprises relevant ministries including the Department of Labour. The NCP has established an external stakeholder Advisory Committee which is co-chaired by one representative of the trade unions and another of business. |
